Nice, new, retro-style Japanese piece here. Very rare, very unusual…

Bit of an oddball this watch, but it’s certainly unique, and certainly a talking-point. You click on the button which emits a dancing scatter LED effect in red. In the photos it looks a bit orange, but I assure you it lights up in red LED dots in reality! When you click the button, the LED scatter effect dances a merry jig across the screen, tells you the time, and then shuts off! Awesome!

It’s a really unusual watch this, who else but the Japanese could come up with such a novel idea. However, I think it still manages to be retro in a kind of Buck Roger’s style. Younger viewers can find out who Buck Rogers was via Wikipedia…

This is a NOS watch (new old stock) Commodore LED watch, and it’s in mint condition. This is the steel strapped Commodore LED watch version.

This watch is slightly more expensive than the CBM watches we have on the previous page. “Why Rusty? Why?” I hear you cry. “You’re nowt but a bloody robdog”. Well, only partly true. These watches are a tad more expensive than the others cause they’re not as easy to source and a little more expensive to buy. Honest.

We can also supply spare LED watch modules, red screens, cases etc etc, all mint and boxed should you need them. It’s got an excellent LED display, very clear and sparkly. It should do, it’s a brand new watch, but I’m always impressed by life’s simple pleasures. Only managed to bag one photo of the LED display in action, as you can see below – that’s ’cause my wrist action wasn’t quick enough. This is probably my favourite of the Commodore watches I have in stock. In fact I’m wearing one at the moment. When you buy this one, you’ll see why I love this watch so much…

Here’s another classy LED watch from Novus. This is one of my favourites – I love this classy style. You can see that from the photos. A really unique shape of watch. The real feature, naturally, is the LED display – and what a display it is! Really crystal clear LED display – crystal is mint condition, as is the rest of the watch.

Here we have the piece de resistance of the Novus selection. In my opinion anyway, you might like an another one better. I like this watch because of it’s flat shape and unusual strap. You may think it’s the most hideous garment to grace the planet. I have actually argued about this watch with friends in the past…”it’s ugly”; “it’s not”; “it’s ugly”; “it’s not” etc etc etc. Same story with the Spaceman watches. You love ‘em or hate ‘em.

Anyhoo, back to this watch – it’s Novus – nearly NOS – from the 70’s; Novus strap; logo on front, too cool – simply too cool. Wear this watch and await the gasps from impressed ladies and jealous punters.

This watch IS a wee bit more expensive than the others, BUT – like all my watches – I aim to keep the prices as cheap as possible, so have a search around on other sites which try and be like mine, and you’ll see this is the cheapest, most reputable, long-standing site on t’internet.

There is a VERY limited supply of this model, so move quickly cause one day they’ll be gone…

NOTE: This watch comes in various variants – some have 1 button, some have 2, doing slightly different tasks because of this, e.g. 2nd time zone. If you prefer a 1 or 2 buttoned model, PLEASE TELL ME before you place an order. Either way, these watches are cool and very very rare. Coming to the end of the stock now, so get in sharpish….

Feast your eyes on this highly saught after Novus LED watch. This is an NOS watch in A1 MINT CONDITION.

This is from circa 1975 ( I think, don’t quote me on that exact year ) and is simply perfect. This particular model of watch is the reason (along with the Spaceman) that I adore 70’s watches. They were in the house when I was a young fella and just adored them.

This particular watch is perfect. I’ve uploaded a LOT of images, but I think it’s worth it. This watch is the steel silver colour, with brushed steel at the front and polished steel at the sides. Click once, get the time, twice, get the date.

Watch measures in at 33 x 38 x 10mm. AND THE STRAP!! I almost forgot about the gorgeous strap. It has a kind of two tone silver effect going on. Incredibly subtle, but part of the strap (the middle links) are polished steel but the outer links are brushed. It’s incredibly cool. And of course this is the signed original strap, so the unbelievably groovy “Novus” logo is sculpted on the clasp.

Of course, I have to mention the LED display. It’s pixel perfect. Like new – really sharp. The photos simply do not do this watch justice. Check out the last photo – you can see a face in it. THAT’S how shiny and cool this watch is!

A genuine warning here – if you liked the now-sold-out Commodore range, then you’ll like these even more! The logo is cooler; the watch is chunkier; the LED display is better. This is just a beefier timepiece. And they won’t last forever so get this watch whilst it’s here!

Well…this is gorgeous. You can see that from the photos. A really unique shape of watch, which measures up at 34×42x10mm. The real feature, naturally, is the LED display – and what a display it is! Really crystal clear LED display – crystal is mint condition, as is the rest of the watch – which on the first click displays the time and on the second click displays the DAY and the date! This is a unique function.

Just like the others in the Novus range, this is an utterly gorgeous watch. Much chunkier and solid than many LED watches (incl. Commodore) and what a display! This watch is in A1 condition and has the branded strap etc.

The Commodore range are almost finished, and I can’t see me getting any more for the foreseeable future, which is a shame, they are very cool. I kept a silver one and one of these gold one’s for my own personal stash – I really wish I’d hoarded some more, but there you go. Life is full of regrets. Mostly watch related in my case.

Enough gibbering, back to this gold Commodore. It’s a lovely piece, not too chunky, bright LED display, brushed gold and comes in the incredible original CBM display case. A pretty good gift this watch, I’ve given these as gifts before, and people love them.

Without sounding too much like something of the Fab 5, I was wearing this watch with a green t-shirt, which had yellow on it, and it really matched. This is a super cool watch, and I’d recommend you buy now if you’re even considering it, because they won’t be here for much longer, and they won’t be coming back…
