It’s in great, shiny condition, but has one wee scrape on the glass – hence it’s cheap. This doesn’t really detract from the cool-factor of this watch though. This watch is incredibly shiny and the stainless steel casing is in mint condition. As usual, my poor photography doesn’t quite display this, but you won’t be disappointed. This weighs in at an impressive 38mm x 40mm and is an impressively chunky 10mm deep…

collectible wristwatches. His watches are visible in the New York Museum of Art.

These watches are truly iconic, they are unusual, very retro, very 70’s, but they are still
contemporarily cool. Take a quick browse around the internet for Spaceman watches, or Andre Le Marquand,
you may well become addicted to these watches in the same way I did. Beware though! It’s an expensive habit!

The whole of the Spaceman range is getting rarer and rarer. This is an excellent one to start your collection.

WHY IS THIS A CHEAP WATCH?

These watches usually go for £180 or more, this watch is less expensive because he has a very slightly scraped helmet.

However… he does have a brand new, new old stock, Spaceman strap in the excellent brown colour, AND
has just been fitted with a brand new internal movement! In other words, this watch is running like a
brand new watch! For the above reasons, this watch is the absolute bargain of the site!

Well, here she is – the clear Buler jump hour watch that I spent half a year looking for. She’s in great condition, despite being born in the early 70’s.

She’s got a pink / purple face, ticks over nicely, wears a transparent strap with a see through back and is generally a wonderful specimen…! Photos don’t do her justice – but I’ve stuck a couple below anyway. This is a unique, collectible, funky, retro, vintage watch.

This watch doth kicketh ass.

This is a pre-owned Compu Chron LED watch from the 1970’s. This watch is rare and is in good condition. It’s cheap because there is some scratching on the red face of the watch. This doesn’t detract from the watches charm significantly, and the watch keeps great time and runs well. The LED display is completely visible, but the red glass could do with being swapped for a new one.

The rest of the watch – the face, the strap etc – is perfect and the batteries are brand new. To summarise, when the red LED is pressed, this is the only time the imperfection on the glass is noticeable, so if you want to wear a very very very cool 70’s watch at a helluva great price, then maybe this is the watch to start your LED collection…

This is one of those watches which looks SO much better in reality than it does in the photos I take! One fine day I may get someone professional to take these photos, in the meantime you’ll just have to trust me…!

This particular piece is a little scuffed and kicked around, hence the price. Hopefully someone will give it a home – it’s a nice piece, and keeps good time. Big chunky ass kicker of a watch.

Fantastic brushed steel on the face, and steel on the sides, this watch has a great shiny look. It’s a fairly heavy watch, but won’t weigh down your wrist.

Anyhoo, enjoy the photos. You’ll either love or hate this watch. I love it…!

The photos speak for themselves here, and you can see the scrapes which give this watch its cheap price
tag. The watch is very wearable however, and VERY eyecatching! It’s a really massive shape, and a really
wide face, with depth, make this watch command the attention of people!

I think this watch should really be more expensive, but heyho, I can’t sit here building websites all day, so I’ll
keep it on the cheap page! Someone is going to get a bargain.
